David Valecillos is a designer, engineer, cultural strategist, and real estate development leader with a deep commitment to equity and community transformation. With over a decade of experience managing complex real estate projects and leading award-winning arts and design programs, David brings a creative lens to every stage of the development process.

As a former Director of Design and Senior Project Manager, David led the successful completion of multiple affordable housing and social infrastructure projects while also co-founding and curating a regionally celebrated public art initiative. He has shaped rebranding campaigns, placemaking strategies, and major capital projects that elevated both the perception and the reality of the communities they served. His work has been nationally recognized by the Congress for a New Urbanism and by the Urban Land Institute, as well as featured by PBS, Lonely Planet, and North Shore Magazine.
