Currently in development and in partnership with North Shore Health Center, El Centro will deliver a new state of the art health center, new senior housing alongside five new micro-galleries and curated public space. The project exemplifies integrated social infrastructure—combining housing, art, and aging services in a vibrant new campus for the Point neighborhood.
