Collaborating with Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center and MASS Design, The Health Campus at Franklin Park is designed to empower neighbors to lead healthy lives in a vibrant community. The master plan builds on planned investments by the City of Boston in transportation and open space, aiming to enhance these efforts and redefine healthy living. Phase one will deliver a state-of-the-art, 50,000-square-foot healthcare facility, while phase two envisions two new buildings comprising 80+ housing units and active ground-floor spaces featuring community-oriented retail. With phase one slated to break ground in mid-2025, the master plan is currently in its early stages.
