This vibrant building houses Peabody Properties which manages all the housing in North Shore CDC’s portfolio. Additionally, it houses ten affordable units for the Department of Mental Health and a small business incubator on the bottom floor. In 2019, Aasma’s Dreams sold Pakistani clothing and accessories from this incubator space free of rent charge so the shop owner could focus on building their business. Since then more than 10 businesses have found a temporary home in the Retail Incubator Space.
