This vibrant building houses Peabody Properties which manages all the housing in North Shore CDC’s portfolio. Additionally, it houses ten affordable units for the Department of Mental Health and a small business incubator on the ground floor. The incubator space was created to help e-commerce businesses and start-ups to test out a physical retail space by providing a free, 6 month lease. Priority will be given to businesses without an existing brick-and-mortar space.
