34 Peabody Street—also known as Lighthouse 34—is one of two buildings collectively referred to as The Lighthouses. Constructed in 2023, it is home to Proyectos Punto, North Shore CDC’s first interior arts gallery space. The building offers 21 income-restricted units, boasts views of the South River, and is prominently visible from downtown.

Additionally, it activates the ground floor with the forementioned arts space and features a public staircase connecting Ward Street to Peabody Street. The project was financed using 9% Federal and State LIHTC
