Palmer Cove is a unique, large, waterfront green space in the densest neighborhood in Salem. As part of North Shore CDC, we partnered with Crowley Cottrell to run a robust community engagement and visioning process to redevelop the park. The result was a complete redesign of the park, resulting in the relocation and increase in size of a community garden, new basketball courts, a new waterfront walk, and the installation of 6 large sculptures designed in partnership with residents as part of the Punto Urban Art Museum.
